This policy outlines our order processing times, shipping methods, delivery timelines, packaging standards, and cancellation terms.

1. Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM are shipped within 1 business day (Standard Shipping).
• Orders confirmed before 8:00 PM are shipped the same day (Uber delivery – Cairo & Giza only).
• Orders placed after cut-off times are processed the next business day.
• Business days exclude weekends and official holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (Cash on Delivery – COD)

• Available nationwide across all governorates in Egypt.
• You may inspect the product before payment.
• You may refuse the product free of charge upon delivery before payment.
• Once payment is made and the product is accepted, our 3-day return policy applies.

Uber Same-Day Delivery

• Available for Cairo and Giza only.
• Fast delivery within hours.
• Orders must be confirmed before 8:00 PM for same-day dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Cairo: 2–4 business days
• Giza: 3–5 business days
• Other Governorates: 3–6 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, weather disruptions, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

4. Packaging Standards

We take great care in preparing every jewelry piece for safe delivery:

• Professional review and final polishing of each piece.
• Multi-layer protective packaging.
• Secure, tamper-evident sealing.

5. International Shipping

• International shipping is available.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
• International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders that remain unconfirmed are automatically cancelled after 3 days to maintain inventory availability.
